How does Virtual Testing Work?
COVID-19 has rapidly become a part of our daily reality. Acquiring proof of a negative COVID-19 test is now required for travelling abroad, work clearance or for overall peace of mind.

Virtual Testing Oversight: Virtual testing is a safe and effective alternative to traditional in-person testing. In a virtual video call, our professionals will walk you through the testing process, confirm your results, and provide necessary documentation within one hour of your appointment time. Virtual testing is limited to Rapid ANTIGEN testing only; RT-PCR tests must be conducted using our in-clinic or mobile services.

Steps for Booking your Virtual Consult:

⚫️ Purchase your Virtual Consult: Order your Virtual Appointment online through the Booking section of the Labs2Go website. Choose: Book Now > Virtual Service

⚫️ Select your appointment date/time and complete payment. (Please note: Labs2Go does NOT provide the Rapid Antigen tests for this service. All individuals must have their own Health Canada approved Rapid antigen test. ⚫️ You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the direct link for your Virtual appointment where your instructor will guide you through the Antigen test. Please wait for your instructor to join your meeting room and have your antigen test accessible at the time of your appointment. There are no downloads required to participate in the virtual appointment.

⚫️ Travel Certification: Your travel certification will be emailed to you with the results of your Antigen test (within minutes - up to 1 hour of your appointment). QR codes are generated for each certificate. Login to "My Account" for direct access to your results (or) check your spam folder if you have not received an email with your results.
